Sorry I keep tweeting about this, folks. It just bothers me that certain people try to validate this nonsense. FSU wasn’t kept out because of Jordan Travis. FSU was kept out because the SEC had to be in. Quit acting like the backup QB discussion is anything other than an excuse.

It’s also hilarious how the CFP is the only major rankings system that had FSU out of the top 4. The AP Poll, Coaches’ Poll, and the BCS ALL had them in, FSU was above Washington, Alabama, and Texas in SP+ rankings… I just don’t see a way to rationalize it besides corruption 🤷🏼‍♂️

To put into perspective how shady Florida State's exclusion from the College Football Playoff was, just look at Vegas odds...

On Saturday night, following all results & games, FSU to make the CFP was at -600 odds(85% chance implied). Vegas knew the Noles were a near LOCK to make it based off their results. Meanwhile, Alabama was at +180(35% chance).

However, things got WEIRD between Saturday Night to Sunday Morning, the day of the reveal...

10 minutes before the ESPN show, suddenly the odds swung DRASTICALLY. FSU & Alabama were now both at -110 odds(~50% chance) to make the CFP 🤔

But nothing happened ON the field in those 12 hours to warrant such a dramatic movement of betting odds. However, a lot happened OFF the field 😬

ESPN ran non-stop coverage that night, with over 80% of their reporters making cases/predictions with Alabama in the Playoff, EXCLUDING an undefeated Florida State team.

In the end, whether thru collusion or by controlling the media narrative, ESPN got their wish of Alabama in the CFP.
