Recently I've 'come out' as a commission painter. The way this started was I had a mental breakdown and had to go on medical leave. Through a series of events I found myself painting other people's stuff to relax and feel productive.

@BitsHammer Probably! I don't understand this mindset is all--there are four different fantasy rank n flank I can think of off the top of my head if I decided GW wasn't for me. Heck, play an earlier edition--your books weren't destroyed with the Old World.

@BitsHammer Kings of War is comparatively dead cheap, is rank and flank fantasy and has a mostly decent range for the cost, especially the newer stuff. Heck, Mantic doesn't even care if you use 3D prints. And odds are this person won't touch it with a ten foot pole.

Starting work on a Destruction army for Age of Sigmar Armies on Parade. Made a kitbashed Maneater unit using lots of odd bits. Full command like the real unit doesn't have 😄.

This will likely be my final 2022 tweet...Hooty! 3D printed door thingy painted for a buddy for what I can only imagine will be a gift for someone. Had a few ups and downs but really grew as a painter this year. Cheers folks, all the best in 2023!
