@nenshi @cityofcalgary Dogs will get KILLED on Deerfoot with gates @SueHigginsDogs locked OPEN. All park users have dog bags to use to open these and many other gates and garbage cans in park. Simply install no touch garbage in parking lot so there is somewhere to dispose of bag.
