@Sblackey1966@KnotLegaladvice@SmellySocks81 SEC has to investigate Reichman. They’ll be investigating Paul and Sal as well. Problem is if anyone faces charges, it’s gonna be Strickland and Lauria
@Sblackey1966@KnotLegaladvice It’s not a lack of passion. I’m all too familiar with these shenanigans. Reichman is obviously getting sued, but he’s not going to prison. Strickland committed perjury and conspiracy by signing those 8Ks and not mentioning his relationship with Lauria
@Sblackey1966@KnotLegaladvice No doubt. Remember the SEC doesn’t care about Nevada. Strickland conspired with someone who was convicted of securities fraud and racketeering already. Feds don’t like repeat offenders
@KnotLegaladvice It took 2 years for the SEC to do something here and the Nevada court denied a motion to remove another criminal where a plaintiff, defendant, and shareholder were all in agreement. The whole thing is rigged against retail
#gtii so a plaintiff, a defendant, and a shareholder base are all in 100% agreement that the receiver needs to go and the judge is like “Nah we’re gonna let him continue to run the ship”. Does this sound crazy to anyone else?? @KnotLegaladvice@SmellySocks81@Sblackey1966
@Sblackey1966@KnotLegaladvice@SmellySocks81 Also another thing:
Barton abruptly walked away in April. Companies don’t randomly walk away from paying clients. The rare time they walk away, they do so for good reason. They likely saw criminal activity on Paul’s part. Remember…Paul is refusing to release 2022 for a reason
@Sblackey1966@KnotLegaladvice@SmellySocks81 That certainly applies to the state court. The Feds have no reason to protect him or his boy, and especially when his boy has prior securities fraud and racketeering convictions
