@aSpiderPlush@TheWhiplashFX X-Men animate has long been held popular. It’s fine if you don’t like it, but don’t be obtuse by saying the fanbase desire for this surprises you.
@CopperKnight8 Camp just came out and said Maker is not Trump.
However, I think we can see a lot of obvious parallels between the US and the NA Union that the Maker created. Namely… Midas in his gold armor buying the White House. Trump, like Midas, is but a symptom of the true decay.
@HenryHarper523 Even when I had to slog through the Snyder releases, I never accused him of not loving DC. Come on man, you don’t have to like Gunn’s stuff but you’re acting like the worst kind of fan.
@KingRatPartyPat@DwarvenConstit1 I’m fucking cackling watching them nitpick whether it was woke or DEI. People who won’t watch it because of Idris Elba are the biggest snowflakes.
Hell, if anything “woke” loves this movie because it’s all about positive masculinity triumphing over toxic.
@AbsGLHypeGuy It was ridiculous. He literally tries to stop his people from getting gassed to death, and in return he was literally called “mutant Hitler”. This entire era fell flat because the premise about Scott was so dumb.
@zennyyyplus@BKLYNcook He’s an alien in every sense of the word, and an immigrant. Not only that, he never came here on a legal visa and has a falsified US birth certificate! You can’t act like you know the character and ignore that.
@Mer1038457@Jackkk He walked up to her and the first thing he said was “you’re much fatter in person”.
The interviewer definitely got what he wanted making rage bait.
@NYtellem@marvelThyme Nearly every hero except Iron Man has had a successor or protege take over at some point. We just had a movie with Sam as Cap and Miles is getting an animated trilogy. There never has been consistency.
