@StrengthEwa Squats also vary per individual and femur lengths, in theory unless your leg bones are the exact some size as someone else’s there will be differences in how you squat 🤷🏽♂️ so I read… 😂 keep it up, ignore shit sofa dweller comments💪

@WhitneyGrenaway Bring your elbows in a bit, you will generate more force. 45-75° is the sweet spot your about 85° there. Obtimise the biomechanical leverage and force transfer.
