@NewYorkStateAG I think valuations are subjective. Let’s take a classic car for example. Book value could be $5k - who’s to say someone wouldn’t pay $30k? Happens all day & everyday in a free market. I don’t think a piece of plywood should be $50. but that’s the reality.
