@Dawnia8 Views are counted after 30 seconds of watch time. JMs stream started hours prior to the interview, this anyone who viewed 30 seconds during the 5 hours is counted
@DoctorTurtleboy@jessmachadoshow Borrowing David Yanetti's words as they seem to me to encapsulate her recalcitrant behavior
"The poor woman is wrong on a daily basis but reacts to anyone pointing that out by doubling down on her self-righteousness. It’s the only thing she knows."
Nevermind, but only sort of. The notice is a requirement to present psychiatric evidence in support of an EED defense, so withdrawing the notice means the defense won't be able to present such evidence.
Note, however, that while withdrawing the notice forecloses the use of psychiatric evidence to support an EED defense, it doesn't necessarily foreclose the EED defense entirely. New York courts will give the instruction if other evidence allows the jury to infer that the elements of the defense are met. An example is People v. McKenzie, a 2012 case available here: https://t.co/xjzqgg08sg
It's my best guess that this move allows the defense to avoid committing to EED in a way that could cause problems with the federal case, where EED isn't available, while still keeping it in their back pocket if necessary.
Ioan has taken the gloves off! I don't think he liked Alice speaking for him about what he should think of the trial exhibits becoming public.
This part in the first screenshot was my favorite - the only reason they had a protective order was because Alice threatened in writing to abuse the discovery process.
But calling out Alice hiding behind her kids' wellbeing when she can't even be bothered to make them go to school is quite a counterpunch as well.
Looking forward to next week's hearing!
@LawGirlsNotAttn@DoctorTurtleboy@LamarVsAllen@jessmachadoshow This! I don't think anyone is expecting JM to read court documents but as a journalist, there are many different ways she could raise awareness of the impact it will have on the careers of not only journalists but political pundits.
I think this is where partial psychosis/paranoia could be argued. The delusion is the driving force and actions are focussed on supporting or carrying out the actions. Rather than being fully disorganized, as one typically is with schizophrenia, the actions are organized and intentional but driven by the same paranoid or delusional thoughts.

@mrduffy3@JustinMLB This is why this never happens in America. The concept of friendly competition and how to laugh at yourself seems long lost. Everything is I'm better than you, bigger bigger bigger. Chill, laugh have fun, enjoy other opinions with a smile.
