6. Closing Position
The Auralis Fan Alliance remains deeply committed to the principles of fairness, respect, and sustainability in the entertainment industry. We do not presume to speak on behalf of Smart or Boom—but we speak because our silence, in the face of repeated harm and neglect, would make us complicit. As fans, we have given our time, creativity, financial support, and unwavering loyalty to this project. In return, we ask only for professionalism, clarity, and care from the companies that benefit from our collective efforts.
However, in light of continued inaction and ongoing harm, we must now reconsider how our support is given. Many fans are now preparing to boycott all upcoming solo activities and associated promotional efforts. Support will be withheld—including financial contributions, event attendance, and project amplification—until there is tangible evidence of resolution and positive, responsible action from the companies involved.
We urge TaiLai Entertainment, WeTV (Tencent Video), and Headliner Thailand to take these concerns seriously—not only for the sake of Smart and Boom, but for the integrity of your companies and the creative legacy you claim to protect.
The success of Top Form was not built by companies alone—it was built by artists and the fans who believed in them. It is not too late to do right by both.
Respectfully submitted,

JOINT STATEMENT FROM AURALIS FAN ALLIANCE (INTERNATIONAL & CHINA)
To: Grand Ivory Records Co., Ltd.
From: Auralis Fan Alliance
Date: 10 July 2025
To the Executives of Grand Ivory Records Co., Ltd.,
We write to you as supporters of Mr. Chisanupong Puangmanee (“Smart”) and as members of the global SmartBoom fandom—deeply invested in his well-being, his career, and the integrity of those who claim to represent him.
As recent developments have unfolded, we have attempted to observe with patience, objectivity, and trust in due process. However, given the escalating confusion, contradictory public claims, and the most recent legal warning issued by WeTV on 5 July 2025, we now feel compelled to raise the following concerns with sincerity, clarity, and firm regard for fairness.
As Smart’s declared primary managing company, Grand Ivory Records has an obligation—both ethically and legally—to act in his best interest. That includes protecting him from reputational harm, ensuring that any appearances or activities are not exposing him to litigation, and actively working to resolve disputes that place his career at risk. Despite public assertions of sole management authority, there has been no visible effort on Grand Ivory’s part to address the ongoing contractual conflict with WeTV, TaiLai, or Headliner Thailand through mediation or negotiation. The lack of engagement has left Smart at the center of a power struggle that he did not create, while placing the burden of fallout entirely on his shoulders.
1. Conflicting Public Claims Regarding Artist Management
Grand Ivory has publicly claimed full rights over Smart and stated that co-management with Headliner Thailand was formally terminated. Yet, as of 5 July 2025, WeTV issued a formal legal statement—under the authority of TaiLai Entertainment—claiming that Smart remains under their contractual jurisdiction and that his activities must be approved through their channels. These conflicting narratives from parties involved in the same project have placed Smart in an unfair and ambiguous position—legally and professionally.
Furthermore, discrepancies in Grand Ivory’s own statements over time have raised further confusion. While the company claims to support SmartBoom fans, internal reports and statements attributed to Grand Ivory representatives have suggested that CP fandom activity is somehow responsible for harming Smart’s image or career. This contradiction is deeply troubling and undermines the trust of the fanbase that has been publicly supporting him and promoting the projects in which he appears.
2. Misuse of CP Narrative for Commercial Gain Without Transparency
Despite unresolved contractual disputes, all four companies—including Grand Ivory—have continued to profit from the popularity of the SmartBoom pairing. Notably, after officially naming the fandom, an act that signaled mutual agreement and long-term vision, the situation was allowed to unravel with no clear explanation. Fans have been left in turmoil as CP content is still actively promoted and monetized, while all public statements remain vague or conflicting about whether the pairing will continue.
Grand Ivory, in particular, has attempted to distance itself from responsibility by stating that it has not acted against the SmartBoom fandom. However, the company’s actions—chief among them being the termination of the co-management contract without resolving the surrounding obligations—have directly contributed to the breakdown of CP activities. To suggest that fans are to blame for Smart’s difficulties, while still using the pairing for promotional benefit, is not only contradictory—it is deeply disheartening.
If CP content is to be used for commercial purposes, fans deserve transparency. That includes clarity about the contractual status between the companies involved and confirmation that both artists are willing participants in such representation.
3. Responsibility and Call to Action
We are gravely concerned that if this situation continues—and if Smart is subjected to legal consequences from other parties due to unauthorized scheduling or appearances—we, as his supporters and stakeholders, will have no choice but to consider the role Grand Ivory played in enabling that risk. If the company fails to shield its artist from foreseeable harm or to seek lawful resolution when given the opportunity, we will explore legal avenues, including but not limited to litigation, for failure to uphold its duty of representation.
Should Grand Ivory choose to avoid meaningful negotiations, the company risks severing all remaining fan-driven income streams tied to Smart and the Top Form project. The fandom’s support—which has fueled merchandise, promotions, and international visibility—cannot be sustained under continued mismanagement. Beyond his music career, Grand Ivory stands to lose all future opportunities to profit from Smart’s broader public image, fanbase goodwill, and CP-related projects. The damage, once done, may not be reversible.
Due to the volatile and tenuous nature of the current fandom climate, we are also beginning to witness escalating frustration among fans. There are growing murmurs of boycotting Smart’s solo events, protests against Grand Ivory Records, and even threats of potential violence directed at company leadership. While we do not condone such actions, the company must recognize that failure to engage transparently and respectfully with fans has created a highly unstable environment—one that endangers not only Smart’s reputation and safety, but the credibility and security of the company itself.
Additionally, we have observed a pattern of poor coordination, unclear public messaging, and marketing practices that appear to prioritize short-term profit over long-term artist protection. If Grand Ivory intends to continue managing Smart’s career, we expect to see immediate, visible actions to:
🔹Enter into formal, documented negotiations with the other involved parties;
🔹Clarify Smart’s contractual standing publicly and accurately;
🔹Refrain from placing him in situations that could be interpreted as contract breaches or passive approval of disputed activities;
🔹Uphold transparency in all future communications involving his career.
This letter is not written in opposition—but in urgency. We want to see Smart thrive. We want to see him free from legal peril, emotional stress, and unnecessary public scrutiny. And we want the company managing him to lead responsibly, consistently, and with the courage to resolve conflict rather than perpetuate it.
We hope Grand Ivory will take this message seriously. The global community watching this situation is not blind to its implications. It is not too late to act in Smart’s best interest—but if inaction or neglect results in harm, we will not be silent.
Respectfully,
Auralis Alliance

📝 SUMMARY – JOINT STATEMENT TO TAILAI, WETV & HEADLINER (JULY 10, 2025)
From: Auralis Fan Alliance
This letter represents the collective voice of a global fan base that has supported Top Form with unwavering dedication. Together, we are calling out:
🔹 Contradictory public claims between companies that have left Smart legally exposed, professionally unstable, and caught in a power struggle he did not create.
🔹 Targeted discrimination against CP fans, with pro-SmartBoom messages being silenced during livestreams (including Red Note and Weibo), while hateful and even violent comments were allowed to remain.
🔹 Neglect of artist safety and dignity, as both Smart and Boom have faced overwork, insufficient protection, and growing psychological pressure from unchecked rumors, defamatory comments, and hostile treatment—often without intervention.
🔹 Continued exploitation of the SmartBoom pairing for commercial gain, despite unresolved disputes and total lack of transparency. Fans have been left confused, betrayed, and emotionally distressed while companies continue to profit.
This is not just about one show or one pairing—it’s about the ethical treatment of artists, and respect for the fan communities that sustain this industry.
⚠️ Due to ongoing harm and silence, fans around the world are now preparing to boycott all solo events and related promotions until concrete changes are made. Support—including financial contributions and event engagement—will be withdrawn until transparency, fairness, and artist safety are restored.

JOINT STATEMENT FROM AURALIS FAN ALLIANCE (INTERNATIONAL & CHINA)
To: TaiLai Entertainment Co., Ltd., WeTV (Tencent Video), and Headliner Thailand Co., Ltd.
From: Auralis Fan Alliance
Date: 10 July 2025
To the Relevant Company Representatives,
We write to you on behalf of the Auralis Fan Alliance—a coalition of international fans deeply committed to upholding the fair treatment, personal dignity, and professional rights of Mr. Chisanupong Puangmanee (“Smart”) and Mr. Raveewit Jirapongkanon (“Boom”). As dedicated supporters of Top Form, we have helped build its international visibility, contributed significantly to engagement and promotional efforts, and sustained the momentum of this project across diverse markets.
However, recent developments have left us deeply concerned. Much of the current drama, confusion, and division surrounding this project has stemmed from a sustained lack of transparency, professionalism, and respect shown toward both the artists and the fan base that helped turn Top Form into an international success. If continued support for this project is something the involved companies wish to preserve—and it would be in your best interest to do so—then the voices and concerns of fans must be taken seriously, not dismissed or silenced.
As the IP holder of Dakaichi, the manga that Top Form is based on, TaiLai Entertainment holds a uniquely powerful and visible role. And with that role comes responsibility. If the current mishandling of the artists and their supporters continues, the long-term viability and profitability of this franchise may be irreparably damaged. A fandom that is this engaged, financially supportive, and organized cannot be taken for granted without undermining the very foundation of your project’s success—and significantly damaging the international public image of your companies.
We hope this communication is received as wanting transparency, accountability, and mutual respect with which it is written.
1. Conflicting Public Claims Regarding Artist Management
On 5 July 2025, TaiLai Entertainment issued a legal statement—using the WeTV logo—asserting that WeTV remains the “primary organizer of the relevant performance activities of Mr. Smart” and warning that any unauthorized appearances would constitute a contractual violation. This directly contradicts the companies’ own previous statements, including a public letter dated 12 June 2025, in which TaiLai, WeTV, and Headliner Thailand acknowledged that Smart and Grand Ivory had terminated cooperation, rejected further collaboration, and withdrawn from all joint activities—prompting them to suspend all support and shift focus to other cast members. To reverse this narrative just weeks later and reassert organizing authority over Smart—while simultaneously threatening legal action—creates confusion, undermines public confidence, and places Smart in an unfair and legally ambiguous position.
These publicly conflicting claims leave fans, collaborators, and industry stakeholders uncertain about the true nature of the dispute. This inconsistency—between what is being represented publicly and what appears to be contested privately—not only erodes trust in all parties involved but also exposes the artist to reputational harm, legal uncertainty, and continued professional instability.
2. Discrimination Against CP Fans and Suppression of Fan Voices
During the Weibo livestream on 9 July 2025, comments containing the words “SmartBoom,” “Auralis,” or similar support messages (including blue and pink heart emojis) were disproportionately removed or blocked—while hateful messages, including racial slurs and death wishes toward Smart, were allowed to remain visible. This kind of selective moderation is unethical and deeply harmful. It conveys a message that some fan voices are deliberately silenced while harmful content is tolerated.
We have also previously observed similar behavior on Red Note (Xiaohongshu) livestreams, where comments from CP fans were deleted or filtered without cause. Such biased filtering violates not only basic moderation principles but also disregards the very communities who have supported and promoted this project in good faith. These actions send a discouraging message to CP fans and international supporters, many of whom have invested significant time, money, and emotional labor into ensuring the success of Top Form.
We urge TaiLai Entertainment and Headliner Thailand to implement fair and impartial moderation policies on livestreams and digital platforms. All fans, regardless of geography or sub-community, deserve to be treated with respect.
3. Neglect of Artists’ Health, Safety, and Dignity
Multiple incidents have raised serious concerns about the treatment and protection of Smart and Boom during recent schedules and public events:
🔹At a fan meeting in China, staff from Headliner Thailand were filmed removing materials from Boom’s hands in a visibly demeaning manner (fans recorded and narrated seeing a fake award being snatched from Boom by a staff member), causing visible discomfort and concern among attendees.
🔹Reports and footage from that same event—and others—show the artists enduring excessively long hours without adequate rest or visible welfare support, raising serious concerns about whether proper care and ethical working conditions were upheld.
🔹There have been repeated instances of obsessive fans stalking hotel locations, leaking itineraries, and crowding the artists during travel. The absence of adequate security and control over these behaviors puts both the artists and others present at serious risk.
🔹Fans have observed that the artists may not have full control over their social media accounts, limiting their ability to express themselves or respond authentically to public narratives.
🔹Fans have noted that the companies have publicly used vague/ inflammatory language, contributing to fan division and the spread of harmful rumors—placing unnecessary psychological pressure on the artists. At recent events, individuals were even heard making defamatory remarks about Smart directly to Boom, with no visible intervention from staff.
These patterns of overwork, inadequate support, and unchecked hostility; both online and in person, have enabled an environment that endangers the emotional and professional wellbeing of both Smart and Boom. We urge all involved parties to recommit to ethical artist management, responsible public messaging, and the active protection of the artists’ mental health, safety, and dignity moving forward.
4. Misuse of CP Narrative for Commercial Gain Without Transparency
Despite unresolved contractual issues and internal disputes, promotional materials and official content have continued to capitalize on the popularity of the SmartBoom pairing. Notably, after officially naming the fandom—an act that signaled endorsement and long-term commitment—the companies allowed the situation to unravel without clarity or direction. Since that moment, the fan base has been thrown into turmoil: CP content is still actively promoted and monetized, yet public messaging remains deliberately ambiguous about whether the pairing will continue. This lack of transparency has caused deep confusion, emotional harm, and a growing sense of betrayal among fans who supported this narrative under the belief that it was mutually agreed upon and respectfully maintained.
We ask for honesty and consistency moving forward. If CP content is to be used for commercial purposes, fans deserve clear communication about the nature of its representation—and confirmation that both artists are willing participants in that representation.
5. Call for Professionalism, Transparency, and Mediation
While Auralis is not a legal party to these disputes, we are undeniable stakeholders in the ecosystem that sustains your industry. As fans, we contribute not only to viewership and revenue, but to long-term brand value, cultural relevance, and international market expansion.
We therefore respectfully request the following:
🔹That your teams engage in formal arbitration or mediated dialogue to resolve inter-company disputes, rather than issuing contradictory or escalating narratives via public channels;
🔹That livestream and digital content moderation be handled with professionalism, consistency, and impartiality, ensuring fair treatment of all fan communities regardless of geography or affiliation;
🔹That any future CP content or marketing narratives be presented with clarity, honesty, and respect—for both the fans who support it and the artists involved;
🔹That the wellbeing, dignity, and autonomy of your artists be prioritized above commercial convenience, including their right to rest, protection, mental health, and freedom of expression.
Above all, we urge you to restore the trust that has been damaged and recommit to professional standards of communication and collaboration.
