@hockeysteve8719 Haha - watch this space, they have just put a guy on injury reserve!

[Cal777 @Calista_1978]

@TheHeatedTake @flamesicehockey @cardiffdevils Beat us fair and square from start to finish. We were under par yes, but richly deserved and you made us look under par last night with relentless hits, forecheck and pressure. No complaints here.

[Cal777 @Calista_1978]

@DavidBurnett90 Absolutely - a Ferguson or a Caponi (even Lacroix) coukd have got under his skin but there is no interest here beyond Brandt in that department. I fear its damage limitation for the next 20.

[Cal777 @Calista_1978]

@violetkcpickles @cardiffran @gazza272 @danrhydderch I think Fran described it extremely fair. Indicated it wasn't the best move in the heat of the moment, but also reiterating that Dowd is a very honest player and there will have been zero ill intent.

[Cal777 @Calista_1978]

@Devil_Dare99 Gutted we didn’t get him back. I like what we have. But this guy was tailor made for a Thommo team!!

[Cal777 @Calista_1978]

@Devil_Dare99 Yep - under Thommo he would be class!

[Cal777 @Calista_1978]

@shepherd68 I fear you might be right!

[Cal777 @Calista_1978]

@JonoC_Blaze @covblazehockey 😂 looks a very tidy player to be fair. 💪

[Cal777 @Calista_1978]

@HuishGregg Deffo - the black and red jerseys both need a bit of green trim to better complement the gloves, new shorts details. 👌the white works best of the 3 in that regard.

[Cal777 @Calista_1978]

@cardiffdevils Great news - class act!

[Cal777 @Calista_1978]

@prohockeydub Absolutely 💯

[Cal777 @Calista_1978]

@IceHockeyFan To be fair, that offensive spread looks super strong! They’ll be the team to beat again next year, make no mistake!

[Cal777 @Calista_1978]

@IceHockeyFan @Michaelbrain55 The last 3 slots will be taken by Brandt, Kontos and McDonald, I’d imagine.

[Cal777 @Calista_1978]

@lescutter69 @Gaby95hain @cardiffdevils Welsh is very much right handed. He is best matched as an Estes replacement, but, have a feeling Estes will be back too - Mosey more of a Utility player.

[Cal777 @Calista_1978]

@Devil_Dare99 Yes. Welsh will replace Estes, I’d imagine

[Cal777 @Calista_1978]

@SteelerJb He was a very classy player the little time we had him in Cardiff!

[Cal777 @Calista_1978]

@RichDevil83 @cardiffdevils I’d be all over that! 😂

[Cal777 @Calista_1978]

@Devil_Dare99 I am hope I’m wrong, but I imagine he will have created a lot of interest around some higher leagues around Europe. Wait and see. 🤞
