Once again, we offered talks. Once again Ministers refused to get round the table. Once again nursing staff are left with no choice.
For the protection of our patients & profession, our next strike will take place on 18 & 19 January 2023.

Honestly such a shame people don’t realize these strikes are to benefit patients, saying it’s a lie and about the money. Money brings back nurses to safely staff wards, to stop never events that might harm a patient, to stop burnout and droves of nurses leaving the profession.
8 in 10 shifts are understaffed.
The NHS is in crisis.
Govts aren't listening.
Enough is enough.
Our members are striking to protect patient care, will you support them?

@Destiniteking The backwards response regarding immigration and labour as the problem, when in actual fact it doesn't sound like you have any understanding as to the main reasons why there are such long wait times, and why staff are leaving.
@Destiniteking This is honestly the most uneducated, backwards response I've ever heard, the wait time is because all NHS staff are leaving to join agency because they can't feed their children, under funded, overworked, underpaid.
@Destiniteking https://t.co/lkas755QnK£2.4bn.&text=Further%20data%20showed%20trusts%20in,bank%20staff%20in%202021-22. 3 Billion a year to pay staff that left the NHS, to cover NHS shifts because they don't want to pay an extra 3 quid an hour to bring these staff back? It will fix problems.
