@AmazonHelp Nope. I mentioned that to you prior. I’ve been going back and forth with since yesterday and nothing has been done. I can answer your continued questions but please follow it up with action.
@AmazonHelp Your company told me my reorder was on the way. If came and was still defected and I advised your company of the same. No response to-date.
@AmazonHelp Ordered copies of my new book which was delayed on your part. The copies were distorted; they reimbursed for shipping and sent out another order which is also distorted. Horrible!
