Another PSA update because apparently it never ends.
My cards sold weeks ago. Some more than a month ago.
I already passed KYC, added bank details, sent all documents — before the cards even sold.
Now PSA has my payout sitting on hold and says payouts are paused on my account.
No explanation. No timeline. Just another support email.
Why is getting paid for my own sold cards this complicated?
@PSAcard
Yes, and if you decide to sell your collection you still have to wait 1-2 months to get paid by the biggest consignment eBay sellers.
I don’t even consider card shows where 90% of the sellers are just trying to low-ball you as much as possible.
CS:GO market solved it a long time ago.

I submitted a withdrawal request and made one thing very clear:
I’m leaving the state and the address is temporary.
If delivery can’t be completed before March 27 - cancel the request and return the cards to the vault.
Simple.
Update: the last email I sent PSA was ignored.
I asked for a clear confirmation on a very simple issue:
if the withdrawal hasn’t shipped, cancel it and return the cards to my Vault
if it has shipped, contact the carrier and redirect it
Instead of confirming either action, PSA went silent.
This is exactly the problem:
high-value assets in custody, no clear status, no accountability, no owner.
