@NorfolkPolice Please look into better management when guiding traffic during games at the stadium. So many people missed their trains because the roads and entrances were blocked to get to Amtrak. Someone said this is a frequent occurrence!

@AmtrakAlerts @Amtrak Do Better. Please. Do not send out delay notifications, have the train leave before the delay time, then charge everyone who missed the train a change in fare fee just because you wanted to make up time. That is not right. Requesting a refund and apology.

I cannot even express how angry I am with you @MarriottBonvoy I drive 4 hours to get to SpringhillSuites. they give me an adjoining room with a hole where a lock should be. replacement room smelled like mold/mildew. transferred me to ResidenceInn to an already occupied room! #wtf
