@JoshDxly I had the same issue, had 3 subs left, one by one attempted to replace and continue, kept telling me still an injured player on the pitch. 4-5 attempts later found out and lost all my subs even though they never actually got used

@lollujo FM 24 to FM 26, reminds me of Windows 7 to Windows 8. It just doesn't work right now, the UI is bad yes but the sheer amount of clicks to get to the information you need, that's what will hurt this game the most.
