I'm doing my best to get caught up on Gapcast now, I stopped right before covid...and ooooh boy these March episodes are really a doozy! Not tagging anyone in case they don't want to remember these things!
I'm prepping for a cross country move and am having to downsize considerably. Wondering if there's any interest out there from the @DnDPodcast community to purchase the original shotglass set from 2014-2015?
Pretty sure I have them all. Duplicates of a few, even.
@aGuinnessplease so, part of this movie was filmed in VA my senior year of high school. my dad drove a friend and I several hours to try out to be extras. neither of us were cast, but my dad was... so, hey, my dad's in that movie!
someone was rude to me in-game and one of my guildies was NOT having it...
but to see my role put into writing like that made my heart go pitter patter, I've worked hard to gear well and learn strat and make connections
Cleared the hard mode version of a mid-level instance that no one runs anymore. Unlocked a new title. And THEN managed to get the whole party to pose for a screenshot with new title equipped (maybe the hardest part of the evening).
Manis 3 (pastel purple with chrome) and 4 (pink glitter). I bought an electric file to try to smooth out the lumps. It helps, but I butchered my cuticles this time around. I'll get it eventually!
@twatts_up 4: cover cuticles with some kind of oil
5: set the bag in the rice and move your fingernails against the paper towel in the bag
This takes me 15-20 minutes, usually!
@twatts_up Found this trick after the first week.
1: buff the shine off, or as much as you feel comfortable buffing
2: microwave some uncooked rice in a bowl, 30 seconds is enough
3: take a ziploc bag and put a paper towel or fabric softener sheet with a small splash of acetone
@aGuinnessplease here's a picture of two of my characters after getting a title/achievement from an obscure dungeon last weekend. sigh. silly game but it feels like home.
@aGuinnessplease I play an old mmo called runes of magic. I played it back in 2010, and then picked it up again during peak quarantine 2020. it's dying and terribly pay-to-win but it's also amazing in its own way. plus, friends!
