DJ Fresh is back on the radio, taking over the breakfast show on Kaya 959 after replacing Sizwe Dhlomo. 🥲
To those who asked, does this mean he’s leaving his own radio station, 93.8 FM, where he hosts a breakfast show with Unathi, to work for another station?
Listen here:

Drake disses Lucian Grainge on ‘ICEMAN’
“Me and Lucian both got Jewish ties, but I’ll still call the cap on his head like Jewish rabbis”
“4-eyed and still claimed that you were moving blind. Just cause you got suit and ties don’t mean that you’re suited and got ties.”
“Grainge arranged an evil plan to get the masses to point their fingers at me in blame for the same things they had MJ framed. The difference with me is that I’ve maintained my black complexion and I’m ready to blackout on anyone trying to white-out my name.”
Drake talking about why his albums are typically longer and why he will never drop a 10 track album (2019):
“I have to do 2 things every album: I have to give the people that like to hear the singing enough to hold on to, and I have to give Bron enough bars. That’s my guy…We have a bar groupchat.”
@frelliottwilson@bdotTM classic
Drake said his new trilogy album is inspired by Michael Jackson’s HIStory: Past, Present and Future, Book I, explaining that he relates to how MJ stayed strong despite media scrutiny and allegations in 1993. Drake also reportedly said this would be his final album as he wants to focus on caring for his father, who is battling cancer.
Drake just proved why he’s built different 🔥
Dropping 3 albums ICEMAN, HABIBTI and MAID OF HONOR at once isn’t a flex, it’s a statement. Most artists spend 2 years hyping one project. Drake walks in, floods the timeline with 3 full bodies of work, and still makes it sound cohesive, not rushed.
That’s insane output + insane quality control. You don’t just “drop 3 albums” unless you’ve got years of material sitting on the shelf and the confidence to let it all hit at once.
He’s not playing the streaming game. He’s breaking it.
While everyone else is doing rollout strategies and 6-month rollouts, Drake’s out here doing volume, versatility, and dominance all in one week.
3 albums. 3 vibes. 1 guy running the culture.
Drake really said “y’all want music? Here’s your whole summer” 🎧
Drake could become the first artist in HISTORY to simultaneously debut three albums in the Top 3 on the Billboard 200 in the same week 👀
ICEMAN
HABIBTI
MAID OF HONOUR
All three are set for release at MIDNIGHT.
