Roughly 20 years passed between the original trilogy and TPM and this truly felt like watching something completely new. Whatever criticism you make of Lucas or the prequel trilogy you cannot deny that he really put effort and succeeded at showing you something truly new and different.

back in my day, you could watch march madness online for free, and there was a button on the screen called the "Boss Button" that if you clicked, it would make it look like you were working on a spreadsheet.
Part of what makes the Olympics special is that it's one of the only sports broadcasts left that hasn't been enshittified. There are no ads on the uniforms, no ads on the playing surface, and no live in-game FanDuel/DK betting segments. It's how all sports broadcasts *should* be.
