We had a very long and difficult summer & we suffered many casualties. Now winter is coming & surviving in the mountains with snow & extreme cold will be very difficult for the TTP.
They always want negotiations when winter is coming but for God’s sake how long will we keep going in circles?

We start negotiations they regroup recover & collect more ammunition for the next summer. Then when the weather gets better they start attacking again.
