This month is the 17th anniversary of coming to live in Buenos Aires (and I even found the airport pic!). Looking back, it’s hard to tell whether more things are different or more things remain the same.
So, last year I wrote a novel and wanted to wait before starting to revise it. And now I discovered that I lost the second half of it 😐. Do I rewrite the part I lost? Start all over again? Give up on the novel, given that this is my second attempt? I have no answers.
Went to see the Guns’N Roses and took a walk down memory lane back to 15 years ago when I listened to November Rain every day at breakfast. I wish I could be that innocent again.
So happy to see three of my prose poems in issue 46 of Shot Glass Poetry by @MusePiePress! Prose poetry is still very new to me, so its very exciting to see these pieces published! https://t.co/tEMRGRszs5
Shoutout to Jeff @StanchionZine for holding on to these beauties until I could pick them up while visiting family! Perfect reading material for my flight back to Buenos Aires!
New short story out today that may or may not have been inspired by my lost time as a teenager in a small town where the best thing to do at midnight is going to Walmart. You never know know who you might find. https://t.co/1YNYAWaw4q
This Thursday Throwback is Never Fight the Wind by @CallaSmith4
It's a haunting story of quiet desperation & one man’s stubborn hope pitted against unforgiving land. A powerful piece about pride, persistence, and how nature doesn't care about good intentions. Find it in Issue 1!
