Today was a Friday that we got to enjoy our 3rd grade friends from Hucrest Elementary School. The children are learning about the community so they were "reporters" who asked residents questions about their childhood. @Callahanvillage #FrontierCulture #intergenerationaldialogue

It was beautiful day to feed the Ducks at our local Duck Pond for #NationalFeedTheBirdsDay & that's exactly what residents @Callahanvillage did this afternoon. The weather couldn't have been more perfect!

We took a month off from our Intergenerational Visit @Callahanvillage so we sure have missed our friends from Hucrest Elementary. Fear not however, we got to see them today! Residents & Students exchanged Valentines, enjoyed #GroundhogDay pudding, & played games as well!
