After a spectacular 3 years, my time at Boston 25 has come to an end. Many of you already know, but my last day on air was earlier this month.
I’ll keep this brief, but I have to say what an honor it has been to do what I love right here at home. I was able to work with an incredible group of people, many of whom I looked up to growing up! These years have been a dream come true.
There will be more to come from me soon. In the meantime, I’ll still be right here talking weather with you!
Check this out: It’s the damage scar from Wednesday night’s significant tornado in Indiana (Morgan & Monroe counties).
Spotted this on my flight today from 31,000 feet! Spent about 2 hours just looking out the window 😄
Per additional video, it appears this funnel on the occluding meso was ON THE GROUND the time of this capture! 🌪️
Looking NE just south of Wellfleet, NE at 7:27pm
@CohassetTweet That’s a register from lightning tracking imagery which picked up a large explosion (however lightning does not normally look that way on this type of map) - it was something different
You’ve probably heard by now but that large double boom a few minutes ago was a meteor entering the atmosphere and exploding. For reference, the blue circle is Cohasset.
Pretty strange.

For the first time since May 2018… we have seen a tornado!!! Shoutout to @Mulhern_Wx for his excellent leadership during this chase. Cairo, NE tornado May 17th, 5:00 PM CDT
