A former teacher at Pace Academy was charged with sexually battering two students. He allegedly inappropriately touched two female students.

His arrest shows that he spanked the two students on several occasions. In one instance, the police reports say Lopez was punishing a student for cheating on her exam, giving her “three different options of punishment.”

The first option was to tell the school’s Honors Council, which would decide a punishment, another option was to tell the student’s mother and a third was a punishment by Lopez that would keep the infraction off of her student record, the police report says.

The Atlanta police said the student chose punishment from Lopez and he had her “stay behind in class with him and no other individual present,” then had her pull her pants and underwear down, put her hands on the desk and he spanked her.

JUST IN: 12-year-old girl in Georgia has passed away after a fight with another student in Douglas County, Georgia.

Villa Rica Police have launched an investigation after Jada West of Mason Creek Middle School was rushed to the hospital following a fight.

West reportedly was able to stand up after getting knocked to the ground during the fight, but later fell to the ground again as she tried walking away.

West was then rushed to the hospital due to brain trauma. The fight reportedly happened off campus.

"Tragic end for my Granddaughter dealing with being bullied and she passed away today about 3 hours ago at the children's hospital in Atlanta," a family member said on TikTok.

"The incident happened this past Thursday. when all these kids got off the bus to the point my granddaughter was not able to get home so it led her to fight in order for her to break free but unfortunately it led her final days in the ICU."

NEW: Olympic gold medalist Sha’Carri Richardson begs police not to arrest her after she was pulled over for driving over 100 mph in Florida.
