I was recently banned from Fortnite for 365 days, even though I have never used cheats. I submitted an appeal, but it was rejected with the response that no error had occurred. To this day, however, I have received no concrete explanation that would allow me to understand or verify this accusation.

I have not been given an exact date, a time, or a specific description of the in-game situation in which I allegedly cheated. I have also received no meaningful information about the basis for this decision. How am I supposed to properly defend myself against such an accusation when I am not even told what I allegedly did wrong?

Instead of receiving a proper investigation, I am constantly being passed from one support department to another. I receive generic responses but no real assistance. For a company as large as Epic Games, treating a player whose account has been banned for an entire year this way is absolutely unacceptable.

I am not asking for special treatment. I am asking for a fair review, a clear explanation, and the opportunity to understand and challenge the accusation. A 365-day ban is a serious penalty and should not simply be dismissed with a generic response.

I am also explicitly referring to my rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

📌 Article 15 GDPR generally grants me the right to access my personal data being processed in connection with my case. This may include relevant stored information relating to my ban.

📌 Article 22 GDPR may provide additional safeguards if a decision was made solely through automated processing and significantly affects me. Whether this article applies to my specific case needs to be assessed.

I therefore request that Epic Games review my case again and provide access to the available personal data relating to my ban, along with a specific and understandable explanation for the decision. I want to know when the alleged violation supposedly occurred, what exact behaviour I am being accused of, and what the decision was based on.

If certain technical information cannot be disclosed, I still expect a specific response explaining which information cannot be provided and why.

If I continue to receive no satisfactory response, I will consider my further options, including filing a complaint with the competent data protection authority and seeking legal advice.

@EpicGames @FortniteStatus @FortniteDE @FNCompetitive @AmarCoDTV : Please take this case seriously. A one-year ban without an understandable explanation, combined with support that fails to provide any meaningful clarification, is unacceptable. I want a fair review and transparent answers instead of more generic responses.
