Look to the one who called you, that’s the Lord Jesus Christ. His grace is made perfect in your weaknesses. Rely on him and you will see that he can use you in ways that will surprise and overwhelm you.
God bless you

Dear Pastor’s Wife,
You don’t need to be perfect before you can be useful to God. He who called you into this role, knew all your imperfections , yet, He thought you were the best person for the job. All the Lord requires of you is to be obedient to His call and direction.
You are unique in your calling from the next Pastor’s wife. That’s the beauty of the Body of Christ, different members but one body. Different callings but one body and Lord. Diligently follow your calling to fulfill it.
Don’t forget, the Lord appointed you into your role to act as an extension of His love to the people He brings your way. Keep strong and pray for more grace and wisdom.

Yet, remember our Lord died for you even when you didn’t know him. When it’s difficult to obey this particular scripture, look to Jesus and you will be empowered to act this out.

Happy New Year!
“Blessed is the man Who walks not in the counsel of the ungodly, Nor stands in the path of sinners, Nor sits in the seat of the scornful;”
Psalms 1:1 NKJV
There are some people who don’t know God nor love Him and His work. They may seem to be on your side encouraging you, but you need to be discerning to know if their counsel is of God or not?
“Look to Abraham your father, And to Sarah who bore you; For I called him alone, And blessed him and increased him.”
Isaiah 51:2 NKJV
When God calls a man and gives him a vision, He calls others to support the set man in carrying out that Vision.
Supporting such a man is a privilege because God has considered you trustworthy and reliable to be given such a role. Your honor and service to this man, is reliant on your understanding of the depth of entrustment God has given you.
You can never rely on your own wisdom or strength to give out to people. You are a vessel through whom the Lord helps people, but you need to take care of yourself.
