The recording included the moment he discovered their three children unresponsive inside the couple's Massachusetts home in January 2023.

The judge barred the 911 audio from being released to the public after granting Patrick’s request to restrict graphic evidence.

A total of 12 jurors, seven women and five men, are now seated.

The judge reminded both sides that jury selection is not about how prospective jurors feel about the case, but whether they can follow instructions.

Jurors will decide whether Clancy is criminally responsible for their deaths, with the defense expected to argue she was experiencing postpartum psychosis.

Investigators say Brian Wilks, 40, and Sara Wilks, 37, were visiting Florida when beachgoers discovered the unattended infant.

Security video reportedly confirmed the baby was left alone for close to an hour before the parents returned, leading to child neglect charges.
