Targeted individuals, I'm not spamming or selling anything. I am a scientist (and targeted individual for 16 years hit with mind control /( v2k voice to skull ) frantically trying to get the TI community's attention to focus on shielding techniques. WE AS TARGETED INDIVIDUALS DO HAVE THE ABLILITY TO SHIELD OURSELVES FROM V2K/LOW POWER DEW ATTACKS ( directed energy weapons ) All I do is teach shielding techniques for free, I am not doing this for money I have a normal job. Please get more discussion going on shielding. I just posted an article about salt water shielding, you can even use regular tap water and just add a good amount of salt. It doesn't take all that much water, maybe a layer of like 3-5 feet would do it (theoretically). You can test it by putting salt water in some miniature water tanks first, then take a portable AM/FM radio broadcast reciever or cell phone, put it in the area in between all the small water tanks (again use at least 3-5 feet of water with salt added). Your cell phone will not ring and the am/fm radio will not be able to listen to a radio station even in your town if this is built correctly. Thicker layers of water may be needed for it to block mind control signals, but 3-5 feet sounds like a good estimate to do tests. You can research radio reception under water online so I can prove this is a valid scientific concept. You can also build multiple faraday shields (faraday cages) with an insulated (non-metalic) layer over the top of each faraday shield, then build a new shield on top of that.
