But we want our foreign affairs to be handled by foreign ministry unlike the practice that happened in past. Why is this cry and fury? Who is Misri, I don't recall.

@xander_fero India chooses to flex its muscles than diplomacy. Over a decade , Nepal has been vocal about this issue with both India and China. They only reinstated that the area is presently under their control. Can't take their land from powerful nations but keeps encroaching on Nepal.
