Yes, COD Points are transferring over as they typically do. They'll stay within the same platform/ecosystem in which you obtained them. XBOX COD Points will stay within XBOX platforms. BNET will stay within BNET.

Players that move from platform to platform, such as XBOX to BNET, will not see those XBOX COD Points move, but they can be used at https://t.co/51onS15RQC.
