If those with oversight of the call stack know full well that we have a 5hour average C2 wait, should we leave those patients a few miles away from hospital sat on scene for that time, or put them in a taxi after a re-triage deems they are safe to do so?

@emergprehosp Would recommend Aberdare or surrounding areas, but then again I'm biased. Houses tend to me more on the affordable side than in the bigger Welsh cities.
