@British_Airways For a year I’ve tried to transfer Avios between my BA Exec. Club Accnt with my Qatar Privilege Member Accnt. I’ve linked the Accnts but when I attempt to pool points, BA requests I verify my account but the verification code is sent to a number thats not mine.

@British_Airways for weeks I’ve repeatedly called + emailed BA to try to link my BA & Qatar accounts to combine my Avios, however I’ve not been successful. When I go to verify my BA account it sends a verification code to a number that’s not my own. Pls help!

@British_Airways i have called, emailed and now resorted to downloading Twitter to get a response from you regarding combining my avios from my BA and Qatar accounts but the verification code is going to someone’s else’s contact number!?! 🤦🏼‍♂️

@British_Airways Still not getting anywhere with this matter. 5 weeks and counting to resolve what appears to be a very simple issue. BA’s incompetence doesn’t cease to amaze me 🤦🏼‍♂️

@British_Airways This should be a simply fix in my opinion! I’ve resorted to downloading twitter and setting up an account just to get some sort of response for @British_Airways 🤦🏼‍♂️
