@FPALondon@AJEnglish Thanks @FPALondon, we are very grateful! Anyone who wants to see the film - the issues it raises even more urgent given #COP29's failure to address the crisis of global climate injustice - its here: https://t.co/xN6orviJCd (In the meantime I'm off to Bl..S.y (at)Callum.Macrae)
Well its been a while - for reasons that will surprise no-one. But now I'm off to the other one, where I'm Callum.macrae. My common hashtags recently were #ballymurphy#noFireZone#COP Recent films were https://t.co/J61OlL2pgU and https://t.co/sVx6AZOVDX
@AntiNewDems@AyoCaesar Oh dear. You poor delusional man. Two facts (to help you cure your ignorance). 1: Starmer is not, by any stretch of the imagination, of the left. 2: what he did (and lllwhat the speaker did) had nothing whatsoever to do with ‘fear’ ‘ Have a wee think before tweeting?
I gave up posting after Musk took twitter over, but as someone who's made many films for Al Jazeera English I have to re-post this: The terrible cost being paid by astonishingly brave AJ journalists consistently providing the best, most accurate reporting of the massacre in Gaza
Bidding farewell to his third child in around two months.. Aljazeera correspondent Wael al-Dahdouh lost his eldest son Hamza in an Israeli airstrike today.
In October, he lost his wife and 2 other children in the ongoing Israeli attacks.
@MahaGaza I gave up posting after Musk took twitter over, but as someone who's made many films for Al Jazeera English - I must re-post this: The terrible cost being paid by astonishingly brave AJ journalists consistently providing the best & most accurate reporting of the massacre in Gaza
A Palestinian journalist, someone I've known for many years, wrote on my FB wall that he'd covered six wars in Gaza and "this one is the worst, the bloodiest and no rules." As you can see in this devastating report.
@RishiSunak So I nearly fell off my seat laughing at Sunak for thinking anyone in Britain was stupid enough to believe any of those things were actually things. Sadly it seems a few do. Oh well.
@sarahraviani@giladerdan1 Don't you feel that it really isn't helpful when a supporter of grotesque abuses of human rights supports your campaign against grotesque abuses of human rights?
Three fifths of Scots believe #Immigration has a positive effect on the country. 60% say immigration enriches #Scottish cultural life. And that is in the face of constant anti-immigration rhetoric from the UK government - echoed feebly by Starmer 1/2 https://t.co/jGcA4EfUrT
@bennyjohnson@AsiaRonn I love France very much - but this is beyond incredible. Every one of these ‘police’ officers should be charged with assault - and face investigation for racism
@aliwillson@Ryanair I fear you miss the point. My objection is to @Ryanair’s claim they offer ‘random allocation’ of seats to those who don’t want to pay extra. The prima facie & anecdotal evidence suggests that’s not true. I have invited Ryanair to provide figures to disprove that.
In this article @Ryanair deny making people pay an extra fee to avoid a middle seat and giving them a middle seat if they don't pay it. They just did exactly that to me. What are these people on? It takes a lot to make Elon Musk look reasonable! Pls RT! https://t.co/kr5SmeeVu1
@Ryanair If you claim that 'random allocation' seats are genuinely random please provide figures on what proportion of available window/aisle seats are 'randomly allocated' to people who don't paid the £3 fee as opposed to those who do. I am a journalist. This is a serious question.
