Since arriving ahead of last season, Milo has become a huge figure at Scraley Road with his relentless attitude, consistency and battling performances quickly making him one of the supporters’ favourites.

His commitment to the badge was perfectly shown last season when he selflessly stepped in to play in goal following a last-minute injury to our goalkeeper, a moment that summed up exactly what Milo is all about.

A player who gives absolutely everything for the shirt and always fights for the badge. A massive retainment for the football club and one we know the Swifts fans will be delighted to see.

Braintree Town FC would like to thank Andy Corton and the Carl Pentney Keeper Academy (CPKA) for his and their work within our GK department over the last year and the support given to our GK’s and to the club.

The CPKA, based in Colchester, work with numerous goalkeepers of different ages and have done so for almost 20 years. Andy leads the senior groups as well as coaching gk’s at the Sigma Academy and Stanway Rovers FC.

The Iron are very happy to recommend the CPKA and suggest that gk’s of all levels reach out to the CPKA, to further their own goalkeeping skills and goalkeeping education. For further information contact Andy Corton.
