I really hope you follow a similar response to the Scottish Government in terms of setting the LTT threshold to help first time buyers who are in areas where price is higher than national average

@fmwales @WelshGovernment Hopefully there will be a positive announcement regarding the LTT for first time buyers. relaxation similar to Scotland will help towards money lost in property value reductions. Please think of FTB’s, it has been very difficult to get to a position to buy prior to the pandemic!

It doesn’t seem right a few miles from us across the border people are getting the help they need while those in Wales receive no relief.

I’ve been on furlough for two months on 80% wage, a tax holiday will help myself and others in this position greatly. These are unprecedented times, quoting past figures doesn’t seem appropriate here.
