When you’ve passed the incident, the car is on fire, you know you’ve got to get it back to the fire truck in pit lane or it’ll be toast, THEN you overtake the Safety Car.
This is as close as I ever want to get to a marshmallow.

Nice little piece in the @BRDCSilverstone Bulletin today. Be very interesting to learn if anyone knows of someone else who has won championships on 2 and 4 wheels in the same year. @WithamMSport
I see that Ayrton Senna's first Formula 1 car is for sale at RM Sothebys in Monaco this week end.
I had the amazing privilege of driving this iconic car not once, but twice!

With no imposed rev limit I was able to lap Silverstone at a respectable pace given the circumstances and could really feel the excitement of racing one of these amazing cars.
Whoever buys this car will own an amazing piece of Formula One history.

Now I was able to give it full beans and get some temperature into the tyres. I could really start to take some corner speed and begin to feel the downforce at work.
Tyrrell 6 Wheel F1 – Goodwood Members’ Meeting 2026
I was very fortunate and honoured to be asked to drive the 1976 Tyrrell P34 six wheeled Formula one car in the James Hunt era Formula One demonstration at the 83 Members Meeting at Goodwood.
As ever, the car was perfectly engineered by the team at Geoff Page Engineering.
A wonderful era of Formula One and a privilege to drive. #83MM@WithamMSport
Getting any temperature in the tyres was not possible so great care was necessary due to low grip levels. Even so, I managed a few proper slides out of Woodcote and the Chicane and the car responded exactly as one would wish, a flick of opposite lock and back onto full power.
