You seem to be putting a lot of effort into creating drama out of nothing just to get engagement, but logic actually says the opposite:

1️⃣We are currently in Ramadan, and in Dubai the daily rhythm changes. Early morning is usually a time for rest and worship after suhoor and Fajr, not for crowds gathering on beaches.
2️⃣Emaar Beachfront is not a public beach like JBR or Kite Beach. It is a private gated residential community, where quiet surroundings are actually a feature residents prefer.
3️⃣The weather is cloudy with light rain. It’s not realistic to expect people to leave their warm homes early in the morning, under rain, just to go swimming.
4️⃣The video appears to be filmed during “Ghabsha” (very early morning after suhoor), when even many workers and employees haven’t started their day yet.
5️⃣During cloudy or rainy weather, beaches often raise the red flag, which means swimming is not allowed for safety reasons due to rough water. Naturally, that keeps the beach empty.
6️⃣During Ramadan, tourists usually prefer evening activities like Ramadan tents, night markets, and malls rather than early morning beach visits.
7️⃣Parts of that area are still under development, and several towers are not fully occupied yet, so the population density there is naturally lower than in older areas.

A little realism would improve your content far more than building it on ignorance and misleading narratives.
