What most traders look out for in a new trading app is security, trust and safety.

Can I trust this platform with my money? Can I trade comfortably here?

Then comes execution speed, order types, liquidity, fees and reliability.

Imagine spotting a perfect BTC setup, entering a trade, and discovering that your order execution is slow or the spread is eating into your position. That opportunity might not turn out the way you expected.

That's why traders look beyond a nice interface. They want an order book with depth, smooth execution, tools to manage risk, transparent fees and a platform that can handle market volatility.

With these things in mind, I decided to explore @MonacoTrading

Since it's still a testnet, I started with the faucet, claimed test USDC and began testing the trading environment myself.

I opened BTC trades, explored the order book and market depth, checked funding information, tried the TP/SL features

I entered
Direction: SHORT
Entry: ~$83,886
TP Target: ~$83,500
SL Target: ~$84,500

And i also went through the trade and transaction history.

I also looked at the platform's trading activity and volume because I wanted to understand more than just what appears on the screen.

What interests me about this process is being able to explore the actual product rather than relying entirely on what a project says it can do.

Of course, using a testnet doesn't prove that a platform is secure, has sufficient real-world liquidity or can handle extreme market conditions. Those are things that still need to be demonstrated.

But it's a starting point for understanding what Monaco is building and how its trading experience works.

I'm not just looking at another place to open a Long or Short. I'm exploring the infrastructure behind the trade.

Still testing, still learning, and watching how Monaco develops. 👀
