We are heading into a very long winter break.

YOU CANNOT AFFORD TO JUST CHILL AN ENTIRE WEEK AND A HALF.

Find ways to train. You can.

If you CHOOSE not to work, you are setting yourself up for a disappointing end of season.

Yes, growing up your child should play multiple sport.

BUT NOT BE ON 3 DIFFERENT TEAMS IN THE SAME SEASON

The chance of injury goes up significantly, especially as they get older.

Too many chefs in the kitchen is bad.

One sport per season.
