@ShiprocketCare Ok. But why do you hold the customer accountable for failure of delivery? You update customer that shipment is 'out for delivery'. Then nobody comes for delivery and you put the blame on customer for non-delivery. This happened on 31/05, 02/06, 04/06 & 06/06. @jagograhakjago
