@amazon almost every package that gets delivered by the post office is late. Very frustrated, the decision to buy something from you is often based on delivery. I counted on you to get this portable IV pole yesterday- now I have nothing to take with me on this trip. Not happy !
@AmericanAir what does frequent flier reward program mean to you? How do you reward loyal travelers for giving you their business ?? You don’t ! Customer service is non existent - being Platinum has zero meaning. United and Delta have dedicated customer service for their FF.
@AmericanAir@CRSmithMuseum This is the worst airline in the USA - always delayed, and you do not seem to care at all about providing customer service. You have the entire Philadelphia market so we don’t really have any other options unless we fly from Newark.
