We realise that Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Insight can be a bit complicated or daunting to some. As a result we decided to produce a series of video guides that hopefully make the site, the tools and the topics we talk about more accessible. https://t.co/19ZrfkHNJw
Reminder: with 3 council reorganisation options now announced, it is possible (through the Custom Area Reporter tool), to select and group local authority areas to view an aggregated summary report highlighting areas such as Population, Economy and more https://t.co/Fp96aSVgiP
We're excited to announce the release of the Local LSOA Name open dataset for Cambridgeshire!

LSOAs or Lower Super Output areas are statistical geographies that cover the entirety of England and Wales, in all there are around 33000 LSOAs.
The plan now is to integrate the local LSOAs names into all our LSOA based interactive reports, maps and dashboards on Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Insight in the near future.
@thatcolonial Hi there, apologies, we are experiencing technical issues with our server currently and are working to stabilise it, we have managed to restore the main site but our OpenData Portal is still down at the moment.
In the meantime, we have released the dataset on the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Open Data Portal for everyone to make use of. More detail can be found here along with the dataset.

A process of consultation was also undertaken with members of the Communities service in CCC who provided local insight and further refined the dataset. We thank all those that contributed to this process.
To solve this problem members of the team came up with a methodology and undertook the process of naming all 395 LSOAs in Cambridgeshire. These names are based on local towns, villages and neighbourhoods.
You can find our webpage with some more context below, otherwise the 2nd link will take you direct to the data tables.

With the initial release of the English Devolution White Paper we know there will be lots of interest regarding local populations and other relevant metrics. Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Insight is the best place to source this data for the local area.
