but then again, if I lose, what's the difference? if someone out there could have won the tournament with my spots then I can't feel satisfied. until then, I'll keep on trying to turn myself into an unstoppable tft machine.

finished 4th in Anima Cup, concluding 5 weekends in a row of tft tournaments for me. it feels good to finally do well after what felt like a month straight of barely falling short in EWC and TPC.

despite the strong result, i still have lots of room to improve. as a competitor, it's easy to conflate playing truly bad with playing imperfectly. I think I played imperfectly this weekend. most of the mistakes I made are forgivable, others are not.

@DarthNoob I would agree the set has design flaws, but I think ppl are just dogpiling, refusing to try and enjoy this patch + counting out the rest of the set. I'm having fun playing it and appreciate the team working to improve it.

Worst case, slate gets wiped clean in 2 months anyways.
