Is the rule being applied consistently in the absence of camera footage? If so, how?
How many cases have there been where the start was reviewed and no action was taken due to lack of evidence?
What is the evidential threshold to deem a horse a non-runner?
A race at Redcar might have the same thing happen, assuming lesser evidence, how does a two tier approach increase betting integrity?
Does the BHA accept that the implications for on-course bookmakers, something not prevalent in international jurisdictions, will suffer in terms of turnover for betting on next race and disgruntled punters?
To what extent has the BHA faced external pressure from international jurisdictions for this rule?
Why was so much credence given to Ryan Moore’s intended tactics, how could this be proven?
Would the BHA recommend I bet horses who have trouble in the stalls in the future?
How long will the weigh in take at Royal Ascot?
Does the BHA have any intention to raise awareness of sleepers on withdrawn horses, given they are now likely to be more prevalent?
How could BC be deemed a runner had he finished in the first 4, but not otherwise?
