@socialistlyakwd B/c of internal uterine stitches - too many to count - following fibroid removal, a c-section at 36 wks was the ONLY safe way for me to deliver our son. Under ID law (54-5505 1ei10) a midwife would have been prohibited from providing me care anyway b/c of cervical insufficiency.
