They do this by allowing users to toggle privacy settings. Social media phones controlling OS = the opposite

That is how long the new TSMC and Samsung chip foundaries have taken in AZ, and by then you are producing wafers that are so behind. TSMC is already producing 3nm which is years ahead of Intel or Samsung.
