Privileged to take one of our key internal people, Carrie, on visits with partner superintendents yesterday. She hadn’t set foot on a golf green before in her life. Now she has a pretty good idea what her support means to me and these guys in the field. 💪

Nothing gets me going like building programs that produce championship conditions, and can withstand challenges, like our recent cold weather and traffic. When a superintendent trusts you to collaborate on greens and short grass, they are trusting you, to some degree, with their reputation, livelihood and mental health, none of which I take lightly. #nofilter
