On March 15th, friends and I will walk from Parliament Hill to the CTC ahead of the Sens-Sharks game at 5pm. With the help of @SenatorsFndn, we'll be raising money for the Tkachuk's Captains Program at @bgcottawa.

On #WorldMentalHealthDay it's a great reminder of all the ways we can come together in support of #mentalhealth.

This year's @Senators Charity Open presented by @Bell raised over $169,000 in support of youth mental health in the Ottawa-Gatineau region. 🙌
