@ScotRail Having changed trains I’ve got to a closer station than Mount Florida and walked. Disappointing that staff at Central and Mount Florida weren’t able to assist and told me to go back the way I came.

@ScotRail staff in Central station not clear on what train to get to go to Pollokshields West (19:15). I was told to queue (platform Q) and ushered onto a train that went direct to Mount Florida. I am now stuck in Mount Florida and need to return there other way. Please advise?
