It’s so sad that Americans are so used to foreign intervention that anytime our own government takes measures to fix its cities people consider it a monarchical “occupation.”

Presidents have deployed the National Guard to fix American cities literally since our founding.

Native Memphians are far more unhappy to be living in a war zone than to finally have a solution. Especially after our local leaders have refused to provide one.
