@AmazonHelp Hi Kiersten, we received a message saying ‘the package is out for delivery’ yesterday (a day after the gaurenteed date), waited in all day and it still never arrived. I’ve never had this issue with prime before. Its gutting, we’ve had lots of added stress and wasted more money :(
